Pre-Camp Date: January 19th–23th–Location TBA

Competition Dates: January 27th–February 4th–Whistler, Canada

The U.S. Ski Team is seeking coaches and service persons to join Trip Leaders Greta Anderson (USST) and Bryan Fish (USST) to this year’s championships in Whistler, Canada. The positions will be funded by the National Nordic Foundation. Each position filled will provide invaluable experience to individuals, clubs, and our developing ski nation.

While the goal of the National Team has been to get diverse coach participation on these trips, experienced staff is paramount. All applicants are welcome. The work is hard and the job is rewarding. The desired applicants should be comfortable, clear, and effective in communicating regularly with athletes age 16–22, and be willing to work long days that may include team meetings, group activities, transporting athletes, orchestrating training sessions, mentoring athletes, and working in cooperation with all service staff members. All applicants must be licensed U.S. Ski & Snowboard coaches with a minimum Level 100 Coaches’ Certification. Applicants must have a valid passport that has at least six months of validity after the final day of travel.

**All applicants must have current COVID-19 vaccinations and are expected to be current on their annual flu shot by the date of departure.

Applicants should send a brief cover letter and résumé to Greta Anderson, greta.anderson (at), by October 31, 2022. Questions about the trip are welcome. The staff will be selected by November 10, 2022.
