Athletes vying to make the American team for World Junior Championships, World U23 Championships, or the U18 Scando Cup trip will have to wait through the conclusion of tomorrow’s races for results to be calculated and trip rosters to be announced. But I can tell you now who the coaches will be.
According to a recent press release from U.S. Ski & Snowboard, the staff for the World Juniors/U23 trip (Planica, early February) will be as follows. N.b., “service” here effectively means “wax teching.”

Points lists for athlete selection for these trips may be found here. I could tell you who’s currently leading, but with two races yet to go that would just be premature speculation. Best of luck to all athletes.
This article was updated on January 17, following an updated staffing announcement from USSS. It removed Olof Hedberg’s name from the list of coaches for Planica, and added Lucy Glanville’s name to the coaching staff for this trip. It also added club affiliations for several members of the medical staff.
